In addition to being a couples therapist trained in the Gottman Method Level III, Amita also provided trauma, depression and anxiety counseling using Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing ( EMDR) Trauma Releasing Exercise (TRE), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Yoga for Mood Management.
